Following your delivery
Every order ships with tracked delivery. Once your parcel has actually been sent, we email you a tracking code so you can follow it to your door.
When your tracking code arrives
Tracking codes are issued once the order has been processed and shipped, not when it is placed. The courier only gives us the code when the package is with them, so there is nothing to send before that. In practice the "your order has now been shipped" email lands 48 to 96 hours after you buy.
Orders are handled in 24 to 48 hours and then take 5 to 7 days to arrive across Europe.
Tracking your parcel
Use the tracking code from that shipping email with the courier named in it. If the code is not showing anything yet, give it a day: codes often go live only after the first depot scan.
Cannot find the email?
Check your spam folder first. If it is not there, get in touch with your order number and the email address you used at checkout, and we will resend the code and chase the courier for you.
